Shipping policy
We ship your order within Germany and the EU. Shipping to other countries may be possible upon arrangement – simply contact us via email, phone, or Instagram.
We deliver as quickly as possible. Items without personalisation are usually shipped within 2 business days. Hand-embroidered blankets require a little more time and are typically ready for dispatch within 7 business days. If you need your order urgently, please contact us via email, phone, or Instagram – we will check if your desired delivery date can be accommodated.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. Within Germany, shipping is free, and within the EU there is a flat shipping fee of €10.90 including VAT. Shipping costs are also displayed in your shopping cart and on the checkout page, so you have full visibility of all charges.
We ship exclusively with DHL and Deutsche Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link via email so you can monitor your order at any time.
Shipping and returns. If you wish to make a claim, please contact us via email, phone, or Instagram. As personalised products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for these items. If you wish to return a non-personalised item, simply send us a message and we will provide a return label.
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
